![]() Here’s the answer: the Fahr M66 is a combine harvester that lets you harvest the crops in each field. Having trouble figuring out what to do? Well, so did I thanks to the lack of an efficient tutorial in Farming Simulator 14. I don'tr make silage art the cow pin (dairy), but haul it over from the biogas plant as I have plenty. If you were stranded on a farm, how would you be able to manage two fields of crops and one field of grass with only a Lindner Geotrac 94, a Lamborghini R4.110, and a Fahr M66 to drive? Don’t worry, you’ll also have a Köckerling Trio, a Pöttinger Vitasem, an Amazone Zax, and a Krone Emsland to aid you as well. ![]() I mow grass when I need hay, but put up a 150 or so bales at a time, and this keeps a 100 cows in food for awhile. I then start filling the other with the next crop of corn, I have tow fields devoted for this. Anymore and it's too hard to drive over and compact. I fill one bunker to around 50%, and cover to ferment. They should be because they are all ground up vegetable matter, but I only use corn, and you don't really make any money on corn as a crop, and it's good money even in real life my grandfather sold corn silage in NE Texas for good money along with baled Alfalfa. However you can tip it at the entrance and push it in later. Once open you cannot add anymore chaff till all the silage has gone. You can sheet chaff and whilst its fermenting in to silage you can still tip chaff at the other end of the clamp until you open the silage sheet. Hay/grass/maize chaff and wholecrop chaff can all be mixed in the clamp.
